Hammes' Team in Guararí, Heredia

Receiving a group of nine ladies from Nebraska and Wisconsin was truly a joy! The Hammes' Team came ready to serve and bless the Guararí community where we worked alongside the Biblical Church New Life and Ronald Villalobos' new ministry called Transformation. The team was involved with a variety of activites including working with girls 8-18 in Guararí through crafts, games, and Biblical teaching; a Kid's Club; Street Feeding Program; and the Renacer Center of rehabilitation for girls. Many lives were touched and many friendship were made. I receive so much joy by working with teams and seeing both the teams grow and the communities in which they serve. God is so good! Recibir un grupo de nueve mujeres de Nebraska y Wisconsin fue un gozo! El equipo Hammes vino listo para servir y bendecir la comunidad de Guararí donde trabajamos con la Iglesia Bíblica de Nueva Vida y el nuevo ministerio Transformación de Ronald Villalobos. El equipo estuvo involucrado con una variedad de actividades incluyendo a trabajar con muchachas de 8-18 en Guararí por medio de manualidades, juegos y enseñanza bíblica; un Club de Niños; un programa de repartir comida en la calle; y el centro de Renacer para muchachas en restauración. Muchas vidas fueron tocadas y amistades hechas. Recibo mucho gozo por trabajar con equipos y ver los grupos y la comunidad donde sirven cambiados. Dios es muy bueno!
